Michael Mingoia Music
An avid songwriter, Michael has won many songwriting contests including one national competition for CBS. In 2008, CBS flew him out to L.A. to write for Reality TV giant, Mark Burnett. There he had the opportunity to work with other talented songwriters and found it surreal when he performed in front of Gene Simmons of Kiss. A few of Michael's songs can be found on iTunes, Amazon, Spotify, and CD BABY.
Still passionate about drama, Michael can be seen on such TV shows like, The Good Wife, The Michael J Fox Show, Rescue Me, As The World Turns, and others. Since the age of 10 Michael Mingoia has been performing on the stage. As a lover of music and the arts, Michael ventured into Musical Theater as well as playing with bands at an early age. He's performed across the country and in such prestigious venues as Lincoln Center and Carnegie Hall.
Michael has a Bachelors of Music Degree from Five Towns College. He was in vocal ensembles and concert band in college where he began to tutor his classmates in music theory. Even before leaving High School, he began giving music lessons to students and still continues to do so. He has been teaching now for over 15 years.
